Art Deco Wardrobes in Sunny Worthing

We recently completed this stunning bespoke wardrobe in central Worthing and we are so pleased with the final outcome! Our lovely clients are doing the most beautiful renovation of their property – and we definitely fell in love with their interiors. There’s stylish Art Deco touches throughout and they wanted this knod to the 1920’s to follow through to the design of the wardrobe.

The master bedroom in question has recently been transformed to have a gorgeous vaulted ceiling – the room is bright and spacious so the design of the wardrobes definitely needed to be a statement! A stepped skirting and pelmet was handcrafted for the wardrobes to compliment the skirting throughout the property – with sharp clean lines, creating a shapely silhouette to the design. This was followed through to the doors and end panel with a double step to the framework, all spray painted in ‘Temple Bar’ – a subtle stone colour by Myland’s which worked beautifully with the client’s choice of antique brass beehive knobs.

Oak veneer internals were carefully designed to organise the storage space efficiently – with plenty of hanging space inside including two pull down rails, shelving, four spacious drawers and a glass topped jewellery drawer complete with a selection of Stackers and compartments for accessories. A wardrobe doesn’t have to be limited to just rails and shelving – this design is definitely the perfect showcase of how storage can be arranged.

To us, this project is everything that bespoke is about – a beautiful wardrobe which reflects the client’s individual style and personality without compromising on practicality and necessity.
